The farm is located on Highway BB, about 15 miles southwest of Unionville, MO, 15 miles northwest of Milan, MO, and 5 miles west of Pollock, MO. The pasture consists of rolling hills and has a good mixture of grass including brome, timothy, clover, and fescue. There is 1 cross fence, primarily in the middle of the farm, which would be great for rotational grazing. There is electricity at the farm but it has not been turned on since the current owners have owned it. 

There are 2 older grain bins on the property that would need some work to be operational. The fences appear to be in decent shape and there are currently yearlings on the farm.
