CABIN / SHOP
Beautiful log siding cabin nestled in on 1.46 wooded acres. At almost 1500 SF, this house includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with an open kitchen to the great room and a small loft above. Additionally, there is over 900 SF of outside porches, a separate cooking/cleaning shack, detached car port, 30’ x 34’ metal shop and two boat slips/docks. There are more than enough amenities for the entire family to enjoy this property year around!

HOLLY MOUND / HUNTING
The entire property including the subdivision is over 1,160 acres. Made up of both agricultural fields, green tree timber and the 120 acre reservoir. There is a spacious club house for the members to enjoy, boat/ATV storage, boat ramp, electric gate and so much more. The members of Holly Mound are like one big family, never a dull moment and always a gathering where everyone is welcome. And if that’s not enough, there is a full-time caretaker that lives on site who pretty much takes care of everything!

HUNTING
The club was leased and hunted as far back as the early 1970s with shares starting in 1994. There are a total of 30 memberships in the club. There is a very favorable structure to the hunting and draw system and the board members are continuously striving to keep things moving smoothly. Harvest data back to 1979 with an annual 10 year average around 2,300 birds. HM has a proven history and is very well known throughout South Arkansas and North Louisiana. With almost 500 acres of green tree timber, 260 acres of fields and dead tree and an adjacent 900+ acres of leased land…there is never a shortage of places to scout and chase ducks
